Oh geez. Where do I start? With Emery's adorable-ness? Her mom's knock-out-ness? Her dad's go with the flow attitude-ness? OK that one didn't work as well, but you get my point. I'll start with Emery and end with her too. She was so sweet. Five days old and a great little sleeper. Once we got some food in her and made her warm, she was out for the count. Her mom, Dani, made a bunch of these bows herself--so cute huh?
It looks like she's giving dad a little smile.
Can we count this as a smile?

OH! She's so little. She even still has her belly button cord. She's so precious. Almost makes me want another... ALMOST! But don't tell Jord.
"Hi! This is Morgan. I like the baby pictures and I like the two girls pictures. I really like all of your postings. I'm really excited to play tea-party with you. I got my ears piershed (she says piershed instead of pierced...so cute!). Bye!" Love, Morgan
I think it is safe to say that Morgan loves you! Mare...these little baby pics are, once again, incredible. I was telling Nik just this week how impressed I am with your skills. Such a talent. Now, speaking of 5 day old babies...I think you need to get yourself one!!
Shaffer (how do you like it, TWO comments from the Clay girls?) -- This baby is beautiful, and your pictures turned out so well. I think my two favorites are the very first one, the one on the right, where her little legs are so bendy that they're right up almost in her mom's face. That is a wonderful shot. And I love the last one. The red fluffles around her make her lips just glow.
Anyway - nice worksie.
Clay girls--thank you (I include Morgan as a Clay girl)! Marci when are you due? August? I'll be in KCMO we can do newborn pics...?
Julianne--when am I ever going to see the bug boy again?
